Lavida Jungle Play Cafe hosts families in a busy kids' play area. Staff called parents' names over loud background music, so families in the play zone regularly missed their turn. Reservations lived on paper and there was no daily accountability for cash.
We delivered a reservation system paired with an AI text-to-speech announcer that automatically ducks the background music for each call, plus a POS with QR menus, thermal receipts, and daily cash-closure reports for every cashier.
